How to Delete Your eSphere Account

Before you begin
Before proceeding with account deletion, make sure to factory reset your sensors, both from the app and by holding the side button on each sensor. You can find more details in the Factory Reset Guide.

 

Follow these steps in the eSphere app to permanently delete your account. This will remove both your account and your household's account.

 

Step 1 — Open the More tab

Launch the eSphere app on your phone. Tap More in the bottom-right of the navigation bar to open your account menu. On the More screen, tap the ⚙️ (settings) icon in the upper-right corner of your account card to open Account Details.

Step 2 — Tap Delete Your Account

On the Account Details screen, select the Delete Your Account button, shown in red.

Step 3 — Confirm the deletion

A confirmation dialog will appear. Tap Yes, delete account to permanently delete both your account and your household's account.

Forget your devices in Bluetooth

After deleting your account, remove your eSphere devices from your phone's Bluetooth settings to finish cleaning up.

 

Step 4 — Open your Bluetooth settings

On your phone, go to Settings - Bluetooth - HomeAware.

Step 5 — Forget the device

Select Forget Device to remove it from your phone.
