This firmware release adds remote factory reset and improves Bluetooth device identification.
New Features and Enhancements

| Enhanced Factory Reset | A sensor can now be factory reset from the eSphere mobile app or eDM, and a reset from the sensor’s button now removes it from the account automatically. Both require the sensor to be online. |
| Bluetooth Device Naming | Device names are now read from Bluetooth scan response data when they are missing from advertising data, improving device identification. |
| Bluetooth Chip Reset Detection | The sensor now detects unexpected resets of its Bluetooth chip and records them for diagnostics. |
Compatibility

| eSphere mobile app v5.30.0 or later | Required to factory reset a sensor from the app. No app update is required for the rest of this firmware release. Removing a sensor from the account with the sensor’s button works regardless of app version, as long as the sensor is online. |
| Sensor firmware 0.38.0 or later | Required on both sides of the reset. Sensors on earlier firmware continue to work normally, but cannot be reset remotely and are not removed from the account by a button reset. |

If a sensor has not come back online since the update, first try unplugging it and plugging it back in. If it still does not reconnect, contact support and we can check the sensor’s status.
