Getting Started
SmartChat lets you reach everyone in your household from one place — perfect for emergencies, quick check-ins, or everyday coordination.
Step 1 — Open SmartChat
Tap the Household tab at the bottom of your screen, then tap SmartChat in the top-right corner. You'll see everyone in your home listed with their name and phone number. Tap the phone icon next to any name to call that person directly.
Step 2 — Messaging Your Household
Send a message to your whole household at once, whether it's an urgent alert or a simple question.
Step 3 — Use your household group
SmartChat automatically creates a group for your household, so you can message everyone at once during an emergency or event — no setup required.
Step 4 — Send your message
Customize your message to fit any situation. Use it for emergencies — such as a fire alarm going off — to quickly confirm your family is safe, or for everyday household awareness, like checking who's home for dinner.
