Mark a Visitor as Untrusted
Follow these steps to flag a visitor as untrusted. Once marked, every notification you receive for that person will display an untrusted icon.
Step 1 — Open the Visitor's Profile
Navigate to the “Residence” page at the bottom left of the screen. Here you'll see all of your current residents and visitors. Select the visitor you wish to mark as untrusted.
Step 2 — Open Profile Options
The visitor's profile details are displayed. Select the three grey dots in the top right of the screen.
Step 3 — Select Edit Profile
The Profile Options popup will appear. Select “Edit Profile”.
Step 4 — Toggle On Untrusted Person
On the “Edit Profile” page, you'll see an “Untrusted Person” toggle at the bottom of the screen. Toggle it on.
Step 5 — Confirmation
The profile is now marked as untrusted. Each notification you receive for this person will include an untrusted icon.
